Plain-language rules for using sök.
sök is a mobile app that helps you compose outfits from your existing closet, discover style trends, and analyse gaps in your wardrobe. The service is operated by sök (Anastasiia Tokar, sole proprietor, Poland).
Outfit suggestions, gap recommendations, and chat replies are generated by large language models (currently Anthropic's Claude). Output can be occasionally wrong, off-tone, or contradict itself. Use your own judgement before acting on Andy's advice. sök is not a substitute for professional styling, shopping, or financial advice.
The photos you upload, notes you write, and any feedback you give are yours. By uploading, you grant sök a limited license to process this content solely to provide the service to you (running AI analysis, composing outfits, displaying it back to you).
Don't upload content you don't have the right to upload — especially photos of other people without their consent, or copyrighted images that aren't yours.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
sök is currently free during the testing period. Paid tiers will be introduced before the public launch. When that happens we'll show you the price clearly before you're charged, and existing free users will keep their access at least until renewal terms are accepted.
To keep the service sustainable, daily limits apply to certain AI-driven features on the basic plan (chat messages, outfit regenerations, edits, Discover refreshes). The current limits are listed inside the app and may change.
Discover may show pieces from retailers like COS, Arket, Massimo Dutti, and others. In the future, links may be affiliate-tagged through Skimlinks, which means sök might earn a commission if you purchase. This doesn't change the price you pay and doesn't influence what Andy recommends — his suggestions come from your closet, style profile, and inspiration board, not from advertiser deals.
sök is provided "as is." We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. If we shut down entirely, we'll give reasonable notice and a way to export your data.
To the extent permitted by law, sök is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data, or styling decisions that don't work out. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights under EU law, which always take precedence.
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Warsaw, Poland — but EU consumers may always bring claims in their country of residence as well.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in-app before they take effect. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
